MoBeach Action Shooting will now be offering DEFENSIVE PISTOL MATCHES - "These matches are intended to test your defensive firearms handling skills in a fun yet competitive environment with each stage round counts at times exceeding 18 rounds but no more than 30 rounds. We will be setting up realistic self defense scenarios and while the match is not held under the IDPA organizational umbrella or bound by it's rules, in general we will be following the IDPA rules in the areas of safe firearm handling, Firearm Divisions, Gear/holsters, scoring, fault lines, ammunition handling and other common sense rules from the rulebook that will apply to each stage design."

Safety briefings start at 9:00 and stage shooting starts immediately following.
Fees: Members = $15.00 per person
Non-Members = $20.00 per person

2021 DEFENSIVE PISTOL SCHEDULED DATES
Defensive pistol matches will be held the first Saturday of each month,
weather dependent. All participants must be in attendance for the safety
briefing held before each match.
MBSC has incorporated "Practiscore" and typically caps each match
at 48 shooters. Registration is required and anyone interested in being
added to the email list to be notified of upcoming matches should email
FIRST TIME SHOOTER INFO
There has been growing interest in defensive pistol and many new
participants have come forward wishing to take part in the event.
To aid these new shooters, as well as ensure safety for all participants,
MBSC will occassionally hold a "First Time Shooter Introduction" class.
